Mommy's In motion was born from the idea that a healthy lifestyle is one of the most important values to be learned.  Working out with your stroller and child in tow will get you back to the body you desire.  

It is our mission to bring families together through health and fitness, by creating uniquely effective workouts to challenge all fitness levels, so whether you're 6 weeks, or 6 years post pardum, Mommy's In Motion welcomes you. We encourage plenty of interaction throughout our classes, so not to fret, your baby will be entertained!
